On the afternoon of September 17,2020,with the assistance of Star Group,the Xi'an Investment Promotion Conference of the 104th Division of the 12th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was held in Star Group.

At the promotion meeting,participants watched the investment promotion video of the 104 regiment,and listened to the introduction of the 104 regiment’s party committee secretary and political commissar Zhang Youhai on the investment environment and related policies of the 12th division and the 104 regiment.The participating companies were very optimistic about the development prospects of the 104 regiment and expressed strong investment willingness.
