[Supporting Pandemic Response to Ensure School Reopening] ASTTAR Group in Action

To actively fulfill its corporate social responsibility, ASTTAR Group launched the "Supporting Pandemic Response and Ensuring School Reopening—ASTTAR in Action" campaign in May. Through this initiative, the group donated防疫 equipment to Xi'an No. 5 Kindergarten, Xi'an Wenjing Primary School, and Xi'an University of Science and Technology, helping schools strengthen their epidemic prevention and control efforts.

As students return to school campuses amid the critical period of the COVID-19 pandemic response, the ASTTAR Group has decided to donate four independently developed, intelligent temperature-checking and disinfection channels—valued at 200,000 yuan—to three schools free of charge. This initiative aims to provide a safe learning and working environment for teachers and students, while also demonstrating the company's commitment to social responsibility, ultimately helping schools resume classes safely.

On May 12, Mr. Liu Qiang, Deputy General Manager of Marketing at ASTTAR Group, and Mr. Yang Kun, Director of Corporate Management, represented the company in donating a smart temperature-measuring and disinfection channel to Xi'an No. 5 Kindergarten. Principal Chen, along with other relevant leaders, attended the event and expressed gratitude to ASTTAR Group.

On May 13, company employees demonstrated the product’s usage methods and key applications to teachers and students. This product is primarily designed for non-contact infrared temperature measurement and surface disinfection of the human body. It also features functions such as attendance tracking and personnel management, voice prompts, audible and visual alarms, and data uploading. Not only does it help enterprises and institutions reduce manpower and resource investments in epidemic prevention, but it also strengthens schools' routine personnel and epidemic control management.

Principal Chen from Xi'an Wenjing Primary School said: "We are extremely grateful to the ASTTAR Group for donating this advanced smart temperature-checking and disinfection passage to our school. This cutting-edge equipment will primarily be used for the safe management and supervision of teachers and students entering and leaving campus, and it will undoubtedly play a crucial role in our school's epidemic prevention efforts."

On May 19, at the event site, Wen Xinqiang, General Manager of ASTTAR Group, and Liu Qiang, Deputy General Manager of Marketing, represented the company in donating two intelligent temperature-measuring and disinfection channels to Xi'an University of Science and Technology. Vice President Chen Chunlin, along with Yang Yong, Director of the Office of External Relations and Cooperation, and other representatives from the university, accepted the donation and expressed their heartfelt gratitude, saying, "We are deeply thankful to ASTTAR Group for its support, understanding, and care toward education. We will make good use of these two advanced devices to ensure the safe resumption of classes and contribute to our successful fight against the epidemic."
