The device is primarily used in fully mechanized mining faces in coal mines and serves as a complementary product for the ZPC-12 shearer's spray-based dust suppression system. Powered by high-pressure air from the working face, the device mixes a dust suppressant with water in a specific ratio within a tank. This mixture is then thoroughly blended by a high-pressure pump station, generating an abundant foam that is sprayed out through the dust suppression module nozzles to blanket the dust source.
