ZPJ-0.1/0.7 Roadheader Spray Dust Suppression System
The device utilizes the air-water atomization principle, directing high-speed air and water flows into a customized dust suppression module. From there, it employs specialized air-water atomizing nozzles to achieve thorough atomization, creating a high-speed mist stream with droplet diameters smaller than 100 μm. This mist effectively envelops and covers coal dust generated during the cutting process by the tunneling machine's cutterhead—ensuring complete coverage without any dead zones—and thereby achieving highly efficient dust control.

Product Overview
The device utilizes the air-water atomization principle, directing high-speed air and water flows into a customized dust suppression module. From there, it employs specialized air-water atomizing nozzles to achieve thorough atomization, creating a high-speed mist stream with droplet diameters smaller than 100 μm. This mist effectively envelops and covers coal dust generated during the cutting process by the tunneling machine's cutterhead—ensuring comprehensive coverage with no dead zones—and ultimately delivering highly efficient dust control.
Product Features
● Custom-designed spray modules tailored for different tunneling machine models, rigorously validated through precise computer simulations to deliver high-speed mist flows that achieve accurate, three-dimensional, and full-coverage of the machine’s cutting head. Additionally, a backwash filter is employed to treat water quality, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of mine water conditions.
● The misting effect is excellent, using minimal water—so there’s no standing water on the working surface.
● No power connection required (wind-water interlock), compact size, lightweight design, and easy installation and maintenance.
● Dust reduction rate as high as 60% or more.
