The system consists of management software, a dust sensor, a temperature sensor, and a wind speed sensor. Utilizing the latest monitoring technology, it enables real-time, online tracking of environmental parameters such as coal yard dust concentration, temperature, CO levels, and smoke. Additionally, it supports synchronized industrial video surveillance, making it ideal for a wide range of applications—including various coal storage yards, coal preparation plants, covered coal sheds, and coal bunkers.

● Real-time Monitoring: The system integrates multiple detection devices, including multi-point temperature sensors, laser dust monitors, methane detectors, and carbon monoxide sensors, to continuously monitor 24/7 the temperature of coal storage areas and coal-retaining walls, as well as coal dust concentration, concentrations of combustible and toxic gases, and fire detection status. It also enables centralized monitoring of several dual-spectrum infrared thermal imaging cameras, visually displaying the distribution of coal surface temperatures through pseudo-color processing.
