System Functions
● Real-time Monitoring: The system integrates multiple detection devices, including multi-point temperature sensors, laser dust monitors, methane detectors, and carbon monoxide sensors, to continuously monitor 24/7 the temperature of coal storage areas and coal-retaining walls, as well as coal dust concentration, concentrations of combustible and toxic gases, and fire detection status. It also enables centralized monitoring of several dual-spectrum infrared thermal imaging cameras, visually displaying the distribution of coal surface temperatures through pseudo-color processing.
● Data Analysis: Perform thermal analysis on temperature trends at any point, line, or area in the monitoring image, presenting the results either as a line graph or histogram to promptly detect anomalies.
● Automatic Alert: The system automatically issues a warning when the temperature at the monitored point deviates from the preset threshold, signaling an abnormality in coal storage temperature.
● Alarm Handling: When data monitoring detects values exceeding safety thresholds, the alarm system is immediately triggered to prevent potential incidents.
● Report Generation: Automatically creates corresponding temperature change reports by monitoring the thermal information of coal piles in real time.
● Window Display: Controlled and switched via video decoder, seamlessly integrated with the large screen, supporting up to 36 split-screen displays simultaneously.
● Hierarchical Setup: By implementing an engineering-based approach with node management and permission settings, we achieve tiered administration, ensuring robust system security.
