● The system consists of management software, an iris terminal, a router, and several intelligent miner’s lamp charging cabinets. It integrates smart management functions such as lamp charging, storage, and inventory tracking, enabling unattended operation of miner’s lamp management.
● The system boasts rich functionality, including comprehensive dynamic management features such as displaying various states of miner lamps, monitoring the charging process, diagnosing and alerting for lamp malfunctions, providing real-time status updates for charging cabinets, managing employee profiles, tracking attendance, and automatically generating diverse reports. Additionally, an iris-based attendance system can be optionally integrated with the charging cabinets to meet specific customer needs.

● The system adopts a B/S architecture, communicating via wired connections and WiFi, and features an intuitive human-machine interface for easy operation. Additionally, each charging cabinet can function independently without relying on a host computer.
● The system features WEB browsing capabilities, allowing any computer within the local network to access relevant miner lamp status information, and also includes a mobile app for on-the-go queries.
● Report Generation Feature: Enables the creation of reports detailing employee attendance, miner lamp issuance and distribution, lamp malfunctions, battery life, and more.
● The cabinet door can be opened via iris terminal, card swipe, or host computer.
● Mine lamp distribution records can be stored on the charging cabinet’s main control board for 15 days, without relying on a host computer.
● Implement comprehensive dynamic management of mine lamp charging, full-charge detection, retrieval, fault alerts, and storage/access statistical analysis.
● The system monitors and alerts for issues such as miner lamps being overdue for return, prolonged periods of disuse, and cabinet doors left open for extended durations.
● Features user profile management and attendance management.
● Features a bar display function: capable of showing miner lamp status statistics, welcome messages, and other information.
● Equipped with a large-screen display output interface, enabling various types of statistical information to be showcased on a big screen.
● The system features secondary development capabilities, allowing it to be upgraded according to customer requirements.
