It integrates intelligent management functions such as instrument charging, access control, and inventory tracking, enabling fully automated, unattended instrument management.
● The system boasts rich functionality, offering comprehensive dynamic management features such as displaying various instrument statuses, providing reminders for calibration expiration, enabling data upload, storage, and analysis, managing employee profiles, handling attendance tracking, and automatically generating diverse reports.

System Functions
● The system adopts a B/S architecture and communicates via wired connections and WiFi, featuring a user-friendly human-machine interface that is easy to operate. Additionally, each charging cabinet can function independently without relying on a host computer.
● The system features WEB browsing capabilities, allowing any computer within the local network to access relevant instrument status information, and also includes a mobile app for on-the-go queries.
● Report Generation Feature: Enables the creation of reports covering employee attendance, instrument issuance and distribution, instrument malfunctions, expired calibration deadlines, battery life, and more.
● The cabinet door can be opened via iris/facial recognition, card swiping, or a host computer system.
● Instrument distribution records can be stored on the charging cabinet’s main control board for 15 days, without relying on a host computer.
● Implement dynamic, end-to-end management of instrument charging, full-charge monitoring, retrieval, fault alerts, and access/statistical analysis.
● Features instrument calibration expiration reminders and intelligent early warning for gas sensors and battery lifecycle management.
● The system monitors and alerts for instruments that are overdue, haven’t been used for an extended period, or whose cabinet doors have remained open for too long.
● Features include instrument data upload and storage, user profile management, and attendance management.
● Features voice alerts for instrument malfunctions and an instrument time-setting function.
