Now, both the company and its higher-level management can dynamically monitor the usage status of self-rescue equipment in real time.

● Ledger Management
Generate an electronic ledger for self-rescue devices based on their information, including manufacturer details, product type, date of manufacture, and serial numbers. Entries can be added individually or imported in bulk.
● Electronic tag
The self-rescue equipment is equipped with passive RFID electronic tags, and the platform automatically records the self-rescuer’s unique identifier by reading the RFID tag via a card reader, streamlining the operational process.
● Dictionary Management
Employees can independently configure key information such as job roles, self-rescue device manufacturers, self-rescue device models, and testing parameters.
● Detection Management
The dedicated self-rescue device intelligent detection system generates electronic records through regular and ad-hoc testing. Detection data is synchronized to the management platform, eliminating redundant manual tasks and reducing the risk of human error during data entry.
● Automatic Information Prompts
The system provides regular inspections of self-rescue devices (including visual checks, air-tightness tests, pressure assessments, and medication replacements), as well as reminders for replacement deadlines. If inspections are not performed on time or if the device is used beyond its recommended lifespan, the system will automatically trigger an alarm.
● Automated Monitoring
An autonomous respirator data upload area is set up at the mine entry point. The respirators are equipped with RFID electronic tags and high-end pressure-display devices, which are read via a gateway device. If any abnormalities are detected—such as low pressure, overdue for inspection, medication change overdue, or disposal—the system automatically triggers an alarm.

The system features long-term data storage, ensures data backups, and safeguards the security and integrity of your information.
